My name is Sebastian. I’ve been teaching Yoga in Southampton over the past 5 years and have been fortunate enough to have benefited the lives of many of my students through the practice of Yoga and Meditation. I began my journey into Yoga and Meditation when I experienced difficult times in the 1990’s,  I felt constantly anxious about life and I found it hard to face up to my responsibilities at home and at work.

At the time I was not aware that there existed a hidden secret to happiness and fulfillment through Yoga and Meditation practice and that this secret had existed since ancient times. I became aware that Yoga and Meditation could solve my problems and through disciplined practice, I found that my life was transformed.

I use a comprehensive range of Yoga and Meditation techniques when I teach. I combine visualization to help people attain their personal goals and also use ancient concentration practices to help calm the restless mind.

Many of the practices I teach are designed to awaken unconditional Love in students. When we can feel Love for others that does not have any conditions, we are free. When we Love unconditionally our relationships flourish and we emanate positivity to every one we meet. Yoga has the power to transform our attitude to the world and the people on our planet.

It is well known that when the mind is calm and focused, great things are possible. The practice of Yoga and Meditation allows you to have faith in yourself, love others and to awaken hidden energy within yourself. Over time you will realise that the source of real happiness is within you!
